1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Datenforge website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Datenforge provides software development, AI integration, tech consulting, and related IT services. The specific terms of each engagement are governed by separate project agreements.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of all custom code and deliverables created specifically for their project. Datenforge retains ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies.

4. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We sign NDAs before any project engagement upon request. Our team members are bound by confidentiality agreements.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project contracts. Standard terms are milestone-based for fixed projects or monthly for retainer/augmentation engagements.

6. Limitation of Liability

Datenforge's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
